Pierre Tobgui Wins Second MMA Bout, Moves to 2-0!

Posted on:

Modern Martial Arts and Fitness competitor Pierre Tobgui was successful in his return to the MMA cage last weekend, earning his second straight first-round submission victory over a tough opponent at King of the Cage Strike Zone II in San Bernardino, California.

The fight began with some brief exchanges on the feet, with both fighters exchanging punches in the pocket. From there, Pierre quickly changed levels and took his opponent down near the fence. Once the fight hit the ground, it was over soon after. As his opponent looked to fight up to his knees, Pierre locked in a tight D’Arce strangle and secured the submission victory at just 53 seconds of the first round, marking a successful return to the cage and moving his official MMA record to 2-0.

The MOD team would like to congratulate Pierre on his very impressive victory, and congratulate both competitors on testing their skills in competition.
